The service from Range rover sales name Anthony Tropiano are very bad.I ordered a range rover sport my 21.5 in march and waited for 4 month for car to arrived and because i was in overseas i cant take the delivery (my flight from indonesia to perth are cancelled in july due to garuda collapse) and i have to buy another ticket from airasia which is the earliest available was october.The salesman push me to pay the car asap since the car was ready for delivery in 15 july but i already gave them the reason but no luck the sales SOLD MY CAR TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT JUST ARRIVED AND NOT WAIT FOR 4 month that i Did.They dont even offer me any option and just wanna sell my ordered car to another customer.I never been in this situation before if not in pandemic situation and serve very well in mercedes benz dealer even i just bought the cheapest C class.Now the sales offer me to reorder the car which will arrived in march 2022 and like wt*??! I have to wait like a year just to wait a car?.No thanks mate.If you dont appreciate your customer than slowly but sure this dealership selling are going downEditThe general sales manager Jerome Dwyer did contact me through email and solved the problem that is re ordering the same car and wait till march 2022.

Nichole's customer service before, during and after the purchase of our new car was impeccable. She was emailing us on Sundays, whilst she was sick & after normal business hours to get our loan approval through. She went above and beyond and really worked with us to find a payment plan that worked with us, sticking to our budget and helping us finance our dream family car. Eddie helped me with a consolidation loan. The process was very smooth. I ended up with a greatly decreased monthly payment and Eddie made sure I got the best possible loan for my situation. He was present through the whole process, was very helpful and transparent with everything. The turnaround was really quick too, which was amazing. Would highly recommend Eddie and his team if you're looking into a consolidation loan.

If I can give a zero, I would. If you're considering on dealing with these people save yourself some time, money, and effort and just look into other businesses. Salespeople are very unprofessional, specifically Matt Fisher.I spent $$ for a comprehensive vehicle inspection and while we were in the middle of a transaction waiting for a response from them to fix the faulty power steering pump only to be shocked to see the car being sold to someone else on the very same day and time Matt Fisher and I have talked.Matt Fisher didn't even have the courtesy to let me know that he sold the car to someone else. Manager blamed me for not falling into their tricks.This place doesn't like people who care for their hard earned money.I just don't get it how business without integrity and transparancy like this operate in this present day and age.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with self respect and common sense. Just stay away if you can & possibly run in the opposite direction if practical.

Went in last week and had a chat with Kian who is very professional introduced F900R to us. Booked the bike right way. Looking forward to collect the new toy next month.
