Hayden has been our broker since we went through the process of buying our first home in December 2021. He made the process extremely easy for us given we had never been through this before. Not only that but without prompting from us, 16months after settlement Hayden contacted us to let us know rates would be increasing and he had some better options for us with different lenders. We have just settled again for a better rate and with zero red tape and fuss. Thank you for making life easier for two people without a clue!!
