I was shopping around for a new Car back in April this year after a long time of buckling down due to poor decisions on my part with Finance. Once I was in good space to try financing again; I seeked out a finance broker that could help me navigate this path and that's when I found Loans Unlimited.When i was contacted by Niki who guided me the whole way through the process. She explained everything and kept well informed on anything that needed my attention plus any decisions needed on my part. She was super understanding with my poor credit history and made me feel welcomed. I was doing FIFO so doing it all online, through emails and phone calls was a plus for me. Niki customer service was fantastic the whole way and I apologise if I asked too many questions on my part.I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a new big purchase. Now I'm enjoying my new car and going on 4WD trips with my mates; thank you again Loans Unlimited and Niki.

Neil is very knowledgeable, patient and professional. He explained all of my options and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The application process was also very easy and straightforward, Neil followed up with me promptly to request additional information. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend him to my friends.
